Our Box-Fit Boxercise fitness classes are very much social sport and are loved by everyone who has tried it, it is great way to get fit, meet new people, stay motivated and enjoy exercising.
The class is a structured high energy, fun, and motivating freestyle class using the latest up to date training methods.
The focus is on safety and technique. It’s a great all over body fitness workout, toning and strengthening for upper and lower body.
Our Box-Fit version of Boxercise includes focus pad work, circuits and abs blast to get that toned stomach you desire.
If you can’t make our class or not keen on group exercise then we offer one to one sessions. |
