About your Direct Debit/membership with Combat Sports Academy

  • Direct Debit payments will be taken on the 1st of every month, under the name "GoCardless"

  • You may cancel your Direct Debit at any time. We require ONE MONTH'S notice in writing to

  • If you are going on holiday or are injured and cannot train for a period of time, it is possible to put your membership on hold for one month or more. We need this request by the 20th of the preceding month. If you train whilst your membership is on hold your membership fee will be claimed for the whole month (unless sessions are paid as Pay As You Go)

  • Insurance renewals will be paid for annually by Direct Debit.

  • Refunds are not given for unused training sessions.
