HENRY BALLARAM
Henry is our resident Sports Massage Practitioner with over 25 years experience in all areas of fitness, performance training and sports massage. His career spans international representation in various sports and GB Olympic team preparation at Florida State University with top world-class athletes.

Henry is available every Thursday from 5.30pm onwards. Please book your initial session by emailing henryballaram@googlemail.com
