BOOK ONE-2-ONE OR GROUP PRIVATE LESSONS
Private lessons are a great way to learn martial arts. Perfect for shy or anxious people who wish to learn in a quieter environment, or for students looking to learn at a faster speed, whilst at the same time tailoring the lesson to their own needs and ask questions about specific techniques and concepts.
We offer one hour or 30 minute private lessons for adults and children, either one to one or in small groups of up to four people.
For larger groups, including sports teams and work colleagues/employees, we offer martial arts based sessions that work on fitness, technique and team-bonding. We regularly accommodate youth and adult football and rugby teams, as well as working professionals and can tailor the sessions to different sports and desires.
Private classes can be booked for any time of the day, simply speak to our coaches or contact us to arrange a session.
